Segal wants the movie finished by 2010. At this point, I'd assume the movie is on for a holiday season release. But it depends on when filming starts. I've heard shooting starts this spring, if we don't hear anything before June then I'm going to assume the film has been held off until a 2011...

While it's fun to imagine the possibilites at the Disney theme parks for the SST characters, I just don't think Disney is the right company to handle Sesame Street. I doubt Disney would put as much money into the property compared to what Sesame Workshop does as an independent organization.

Yes, take it from one of Russ' clients, he made me a great otter puppet and will be building four puppets for my puppet troupe in the future (including a full-body mongoose! :eek:) and I am completely happy with his work that he's shown me. And great, affordable puppets! Sometimes even cheaper...

Things are looking up... :) As per our actor playing Seymour's suggestion, my director has very willingly decided to let me perform pod 1. Quite frankly, this doesn't change what I think of her biased ways but I'm certainly looking more forward to this show now! :excited:
