I'm sure after Palisades Gonzo and Camilla are in my hot-and-sweaty little hands, my list will change. And the idea of having a completed Electric Mayhem from Palisades makes me downright giddy.
But let's not start changing those lists now. That's just crazy.

Hey People.
Thought I'd give this a try.
I'm looking for the five "Sesame Street in Hawaii" episodes, because somehow I've never seen them, and I don't have Noggin.
I don't have a lot of rarities I can trade, but I'd be more than happy to buy you the John Denver/Muppets DVD or...
Okay. Ranking is subject to change, but these may be my top ten. I'm limiting it to things I have. Ngh.
1. Fisher Price Little People: Sesame Street + 15 Little People
2. Palisades Koozebane Kermit Action Figure
3. 1983 Kermit Phone
4. Jim Henson: The Works
5. Time-Life DVDs
6...
If you missed my "Millionaire" appearance, you can now see the full appearance on my website...

It's my brand-spanking new "Shameless Video Promotion" section, and it's got the "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" video in Real Player (you need the latest...
...I think there's room for more than just "funnies" in the comics section--and as someone who's been drawing editorial cartoons for the last five years, I also think there's room for more on the editorial page than they've currently got going on. Cartoons featuring political humor have been a...
....I run about three miles in the morning, three times a week. Used to be more, but full-time school, full-time work, full-time daddy kinda cuts down on it.

They closed down the Sesame Street General Stores in the late 1990's...I assume each of them had their own Oscar-in-the-Can, which is why so many of them turn up on eBay. Can't be sure about that, but the ones I saw each had one.

Quinnnnnnnnnnnn
Yeah. But I'll be camping for two days starting tomorrow morning, so I was hoping for a Palisades-fest tonight at work. Alas, it didn't happen.

Actually, this week was the first new SW merch I've seen in 7 months--finally found Ayala Secura and Barriss Offee at Target, and saw some Clone Wars 3-packs (Separatist Droids) at TRU today.
The dry spell may be ending soon.
:)
...interesting. I've wanted to see this for years--probably my old man the History Professor rubbing off on me. I'd like to see the Looney Tunes toons from the same period. You know, propaganda. It's all-American.

I will also say....(in case anyone else is still reading this), that as I've become a father, my feelings towards things like "Family Circus," which I may have burned in effigy at one point, have softened. Now I think it's cute that baby PJ does all those cute things, and I anticipate the day...
Okay, this thread is what, four months old, and this is the first time I've read it.
I've gotta agree with the gist of the thread, that some strips need to be retired...and I'm on board with most of what Kevin has said.
Anyone here read "The Norm" ? It's my current "modern" favorite. My...
...Thanks Paul.
They all started out as Little People, except for a very few that are just sculpted from Sculpey...like in the Sesame Street set there's Little Bird, Rubber Duckie, Twiddlebugs, etc. The rest all started out as Fisher Price Little People.
The head count right now is...
This obviously isn't the same thing, but there was also a chain of Sesame Street General Stores -- from about 1990 - 1997 I think, they were in a lot of malls and had MUCHO Sesame Street goodness for kids and adults.
I miss those stores.
And the funky Oscar who would rise up out of the...
...I had this in my head all day the other day...couldn't figure out what the heck I was thinking about. Talking about. Thinking about. I mean, I knew it was Robin, and obviously knew it was Tim Drake, and then I was thinking "Grail would probably know," and then I found this picture of...
