Mmmmm...Roast beef is my ultimate favourite when it comes to roasts. With lots of yorkshire puddings and gravy and horseradish. (Unless we are allowed to count Christmas Turkey dinner as a typical roast, because THAT is the ultimate roast...) Little dried fish...Sounds like something Oscar...
