The only thing I think I disagree with you about is that, in my opinion Bob Bergen was a better Tweety, but I'm with you all the way on the rest of it.
Although, I might be tempted point out that they only sped up Mel's voice for Daffy for a few cartoons, then Mel got it for himself. Kind of...
The PINGING! The ENDLESS pinging!
I thought it was just a sign that I was going insane (which I'm perfectly comfortable with ), but it means that I'm probably a submarine captain (which I'm NOT perfectly comfortable with)!
Stop the sub, I wanna get off!
Avatar: The Last Airbender: The Complete Book Collection 1, 2 & 3 - I was mulling over getting these for a while now and was glad I finally caved in.
I popped in the first disc and immediately remembered why I loved it in the first place. Also, they were on sale, which I didn't realize until I...
At least in BIA they were playing second fiddle to people who could actually ACT! Michael Jordan is many things, but not an actor.
Back to the matter of the thread:
I seventh that, YAY!
I might not have seen ANYTHING that Jason Segal was involved in, but, all things considered, I remain...
So, in the Muppet Show days Jim (Henson) just improvised it. I had a suspicion that's how it was done, but now I'm sure. Thanks!
Okay! New question! (It's not exactly Muppet related, but...)
Mr. Lewis, as a wannabe writer to a real one, how hard is it to ensure that a character STAYS in...
In keeping with my newly-minted tradition of ressurecting a long dead thread for just in time for Halloween I bring this one BACK TO LIFE! It's alive! ALIVE!
*Ahem* Okay, enough melodramatics. I loved Lamb Chop's Play Along back when it was still on (I remember my favorite bits being the...
Okay. Here's mine:
How do you write dialogue for the Swedish Chef? Do you write the lines out in English and then the performer translates it or do you actually write it in mock-Swedish?
Signed (Well, not really signed, but you get the idea) - ZeppoAndFriends
MST3K: Volume XVIII - I'm an MST3K fan, no reason required.
Alien: Resurrection Collector's Edition - Because I was hungry for extended cuts of the Alien movies (Except the third, I hated that one).
Nicktoons Halloween - Because they don't show the Hey Arnold!or Rugrats Halloween specials...
CRUD! The ONE film I though it'd be worth to go and see in theaters this year, not even getting there. :grouchy:
Where did you hear that it's going released on DVD, by the way?
I've found absolutely nothing about it, save for a reference-less sentence on Wikipedia.
If I remember correctly, she was one of Rizzo's cohorts in the The Emperor's New Clothes segment.
I have to admit, it was weird seeing Andy and Randy again after such a long period of...nothing. However, on the upside, they WEREN'T completely obnoxious! HOORAY! :excited:
I think the giant...
As long as they don't over do it (i.e. overshadow the Muppets with the cameos; try to be 'hip' and fail miserably), I think that'd be a great way to market this movie.
Tell the world that they are back and (hopefully) better than ever! :excited:
I just might get this. :smirk:
I think ten bucks is reasonable for a 2-disc widescreen release, when you consider that the single-disc fullscreen set me back 14, on clearance, five years after it came out ().
Also, I've been looking for a CD of some unknown singing Christmas carols...
Thanks for the feedback (I love me some feedback! :excited:).
I've finally gotten around to starting part twelve and should have it finished by next week.
Keep your eyes open! :coy:
