That would be HILARIOUS!
I always love the Muppeteer cameos in the Muppet movies. There's been a bunch of 'em. My wish is to see some in some form for this movie. I could see the Muppets passing by a furniture store window and Jerry Nelson is napping in one of the recliners.
Jerry, Steve...
Super Why's gotta be the worst of all of that. (Why don't they cancel that garbage and put Mr. Rogers or Reading Rainbow back on the air in its place?) I wish PBS could air Bear episodes. Kids who didn't get the Disney Channel when Bear originally aired could get a chance to see him...
Since the song is both known by Traveling Matt and Pa Gorg, it's got to be an old, old song that was passed from one culture to the next with no known origin.
Junior is a baby when he remembers Pa singing it to him. Junior's what...473 years old? Gorgs aren't exactly the brightest crayons in...
Well...this is just a theory, but maybe they heard the words "chicken chop suey" from one of Traveling Matt's postcards. (He could have written it down from a menu he saw or something). He might have referred to it as "tough" as in tough to get. Knowing how Matt would behave, he would just...
And so now we have the official title of the new film: "The Muppets: Thog Gets His Groove On and Link's Underwater Adventure".;)
But then again, people might confuse the last part of the title with this.;)
Seriously though, this news is just getting better and better! Just look of what we...
Howdy everyone.
I would greatly appreciate the help of anyone on here who could answer a musical question for me. It would be simple to anyone who knows the basics of sheet music or plays an instrument, but I want to get it just right and triple check my research.
So here's the thing...
We've seen pictures already and we know he's going to be performed by Peter Linz. Read all about him here:
http://muppet.wikia.com/wiki/Walter
Anyway, yes, if Walter is going to be the "guide" to the audience, then it could work. I HOPE they do some reference to Muppet Central, Tough Pigs...
Just a reminder, it's all going to happen Dec. 21st. Ring your bell at exactly 9PM Central time. Check out this earlier post to find out how to enhance the awesomeness of this celebration:

Actually, yes we are! I got a message from Jerry Nelson saying that he would be ringing a bell, too.
Same time, same everything this year, folks. If you don't remember, just check out the Muppet Mindset article about it here...
Doc's Okay!
Well, everyone, no need to worry. Gerry Parkes is just fine. WHEW! I checked yet another post about it and it they said "Sorry, there was some misinformation."
Thank goodness! "The Doc's ALIVE! The Doc's alive! He's in the Old West but he's alive!" (Whoops, wrong...
Okay, it looks like they deleted their post about it. I just refreshed their page and it isn't there anymore. Now it's a revised post, which says:
Would you like that role of Doc (Sprockets owner) to be reprised?
I just hope someone made a typo and Mr. Parkes is still with us. Hopefully...
I logged into Facebook just now and there is something at the "Fraggle Rock: The Movie" page I read. They posted this about 10 minutes ago:
The man who played Doc (Gerard Parkes), Sprockets owner, has since passed away. Would you like that role to be reprised? If so, by who?
Read for...
I just remember when you could turn on the Disney Channel in the afternoon and actually SEE Disney animation, from the really old stuff (Steamboat Willie) to their new (well, new in the 80s) stuff (like the Gummi Bears).
Then after a while, if you wanted to see a Mickey Mouse cartoon, you had...
Well, I didn't cancel my cable, but I downgraded it. I just didn't need all that extra stuff.
I agree with the Disney Channel situation. Why can't it be balanced (or make a Disney Channel 2...they have the money, right)?
I wish I knew why Disney doesn't like to show any of their own...
One dream I had took place inside the castle in the Dark Crystal. The Skeksis were there and (of all things) they needed my help.
"You! You are one of their kind! You can speak to them! But first, speak to the Emperor!" said the Garthim Master.
They led me to the bed where the Emperor...
I hope this just a joke. Please tell us this is a joke. Okay, Herry and 'Harry', I get. That makes sense. But 'Burt'? Come on! It reminds me of something I saw in a Simpons episode the other day...
I am so thankful for that Sesame clip video archive and Youtube right now...
No Herry? Aww...
Well, let's hope that Bert is actually starring IN this upcoming episode and not have it be 13 minutes of Elmo with a fleeting cameo of Bert at the beginning and ending of the story.
