Cool, Cantus. I do have someone who e-mailed me yesterday about some things he can trade me for, but apparently there are some things he doesnt have. I'll check my e-mail when I get home this afternoon. (parental controls on the computers at the school at work at forbid me to check e-mail!!!)
Hey guys. I'm looking for a bunch of Muppet shows and specials to trade with Muppet stuff that I have.
I'm looking for:
The Muppet Valentine Special
The Muppet Show: Sex and Violence
The Muppets Go Hollywood
John Denver & the Muppets, a Christmas Together
Muppets at Walt Disney World...
I love that episode too, a big reason being the Star Wars guest stars. But the REAL reason I love it is because it includes Scooter singing "Six String Orchestra." Great song!!
Actually, a Nathans near me used to have a whole bunch of Muppet dolls in their game room (two different sized Kermit and Piggys, Gonzo, Animal...). They had this game that had you aim a plastic drill into these little holes with prizes inside. There was one row of holes with different ticket...
I got the Gonzo, Fozzie, Animal and Bean plushes just before Disney stopped selling them and replaced them with the bean bag plushes. Gonzo and Fozzie are really nice but the Animal is pretty sad. Seriously, the Namco Animal is much much nicer.
Last time I was at MGM they had the Bunsen and...
Remember guys, Robin was in Muppet Babies too. He was a tadpole in a fishbowl who got into a lot of trouble when he hopped into the novel "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" and the rest of the babies had to go find him.
I heard that the Janice episode had her coming over to read to the babies...
What's funny is that the Mom and Dad REALLY didn't have any heads on Cow and Chicken. Their bodies really did stop at the waist. Several episodes hinted around this. In one episode Cow and Chicken are searching for something in Cow's closet and she pulls out a pair of upper human bodies, one...
My favorite always was and always will be Gonzo, although I've got a soft spot for Rowlf and Dr. Teeth.
Technically though, as an entity, Kermit means the most to me. Hard to explain, but he's character who is so easy to relate to and care about. He's a very special muppet to all of us.
In the Simpson episode "A Fish Called Selma", Bart, Homer and Lisa are watching Troy McClure in "Muppets Go Medieval". Troy is fighting Kermit for the hand of Miss Piggy.
Lisa: Dad, what's a Muppet?
Homer: Well, it's not quite a mop, it's not quite a puppet, but... (laughs hard). So, it...
Re: DrTeeth79?
I think I might have posted in about a half dozen thread or so. Either way, I've been reading the forum for the longest time so I'm caught up with everything going on here, at least.
Funny enough, my one claim to fame was that I reccommened that Ken include a feature for...
Ok, get this! I was at the MGM Studios park in May and they had a few Igel Bunsen and Beakers sets. The best part was that the price for the set was continuously slashed until I think you only hadda pay $30 or so for both of them. It was such a steal that I kick myself for not buying them...
Well, if you've got good eyes you can see Uncle Deadly and Lips along with just about everyone else during the wedding scene in Muppets Take Manhattan.
Funny enough, Annie Sue appears in one shot during the Happiness Hotel number in The Great Muppet Caper. I think that's here only appearance...
I'm going with the majority here on the "Muppets Celebrate Jim Henson" ending, especially when Fozzie, Scooter, Clifford, Gonzo, Piggy and Robin read the letters to Jim. That scene must have been very difficult for the muppeteers to do without breaking up. It certainly sounds like Frank is...
Hey guys, how is everyone!!! My name is Mike and I was a member here (DrTeeth79) about a year ago but got lost in the shuffle when the board was redesigned. So here I am again, ready to go! I hope I can make lots of new friends here and, hopefully, post alot more than I used to.
Oh, and...
