Looking great :) . As a little suggestion, I think that you should add some stuff from Sesame Street and The Muppet show. But then again, it's your website, you do what you want with it.;)
I've had three of those in my life. The first two kept breaking a lot, so I still have the third one. I wonder if it still works. Anyway, it seems that it really is a gear problem. Those toys seem to be pretty sensitive. They also have a talking Cookie Monster and Oscar the Grouch. :grouchy:
I was just looking at a couple of things on the Muppet Wiki webpage earlier today, and I found somewhere that Jim Henson himself had directed a few episodes of Sesame Street during his time on the show. Does anyone know which ones they were.
Look like you've got a lot to offer man. I just got your email not too long ago and I'm sorry that I haven't responded back yet. I still haven't been able to find the DVD yet, so if you're still interested in doing business, let me know. And this time, I'll have a smaller list of what I want.
Well I made the announcement sort of at the last minute, so it's partly my fault. Sorry :o . Anyway though, it was just a small bit of it. They only showed a tiny clip from a very early, yet ugly, version of Scrap Flyap, followeed by the I've Grown Accustomed To Your Face bit (which I agree with...
Just thought I'd let you guys know that there is a tv special on PBS tonight at 10:00 pm standard eastern time called Jack Paar: Smart Television. According to the description, the Muppets are supposed to be on it, so make sure you set your VCR's. Hope this helps.:)
The stiching, I must say, could really use some work, especially around the mouth. The packaging though looks great. It should also be the same size as the real poser.
I must say that I like Mokey and Red because they are complete opposites from each other, yet they make a great pair. They're like the female Fraggle versions of Bert and Ernie. I also like Cantus and Convincing John because I see so much of Jim Henson in those two characters. Like Cantus, Jim...
Wonderful story Pat. I can't seem to get the photos up on my school computer, so I'll have to wait 'till I get home. But still, that's just an amazing story. I know I've said this a few times, but I hope to have a career as a puppeteer for the Muppets, so maybe in the future, I'll be on the set...
The website just keeps getting better and better every day. Although I'm kinda dissapointed that they cut the "Mary Had A Bicycle" clip so short.:p What's the deal.:grouchy:
I agree. We should try and keep a positive attitude about the replica. Sure it dosn't look exactly like the real thing, but maybe that's for a certain number of reasons. Anyway, I can't wait for June.:) :excited:
Well the description of it is true. Tracy does need to brush up on her ABC's. But still, it's a very cute clip. It really shows how great Jim Henson was working with kids, seeing as how he had five of his own.
