When going over the list, I came back and forth between here and Kermitage. When I got to the entry for the TMS Turtles, decided to change it to the current entry I have on my diskette as follows: "The Turtle (TMS, from the song "I Go To Rio")"
So, was wondering if the other turtle made...
1. Mother Snuffleupagus
Noel MacNeal
2. Mother Chairbird in Follow That Bird (Noel McNeil was the first performer listed in the "Board of Birds" credits, so it could be him, but I am not sure what kind of voices Noel McNeil can do besides his Bear/ Magillian voice)
Noel MacNeal
3. The...
JACK--a green AM with brown hair, lavendar nose, and blue eyelids. He's different than all of the previous "Jacks" used on the show, but this could be settled simply that this particular jack was in all of the stories.
JILL--a lavendar girl with brown pigtails and blue nose.
HANSEL--(He's...
Not sure if it was mentioned, but he first sang it way back in episode 14 of SS. This would mean the original broadcast date is November 27, 1969--three days before it would be on the "Ed Sullivan Show".
Still need help with the brown Robin fish from Don Knotts TMS, and the Turtle from Victor Borge TMS (both Swedish Chef segments).
I've never seen the brown fish, but there's a pic of the turtle at the Kermitage site. He's green, with legs and head made to sink back into the puppet.

Is the story with Tom Tattertale Tuttletut titled "The Tale of Tom Tattertale Tuttletut"?
Or is just "Tale of Tom Tattertale Tuttletut"?
I've never seen this televised, but it's "The Tale of Tom Tattertall Tuttletut".
And what's the title of the song with the little girl asking Grover the...
What's the name of the song featuring the character known as Peeno, seen in Episode 4082 I believe?
I guess it'd be "Bully, Bully", a parody of "Wooly Bully".
In what sketch or song from SS did the character identified as Peter Piper appear?
He appeared in a News Flash segment.
Got...
GROVER: "'Y' is for you, and you visit Sesame Street every day!"
BB: "And 'Z'--well, 'Z' is for...you know, I don't think there's anyone on SS whose name begins with a 'Z'. Oh well; can't have everything!"
I think I can help a few, Beaw.
The "Muffin" reference.
I believe it's used when a thread goes off-topic. For example, if a SS thread about the Count soon is focused on Herry Monster, the thread was "Muffined". I guess the origin was when someone focused on muffins on an unrelated thread...
:excited:
I haven't got the DVDs yet (but I will!), but I am still amazed at this set. Of the main Muppet series (TMS, SS, and FR), FR is the one I've seen the least episodes of, so I'm really glad that these episodes will now be released (and full edits, too!). I love all the "behind the...
I guess it'd be "When I'm Calling 'U'", but the song it parodies is called "Indian Love Call"; perhaps "When I'm Calling 'U'" would be the best choice. And I'd go with "Nelson the Mountie".
It was when Greg was trying to start a new "Puppets Revolution"; Gil commented that this could end up with puppets rioting the streets: "It's the Fozzie Bear verdict all over again."
The only thing I don't like about the new logo is at the beginning of the theme, it completely obstructs the Fraggles in the scene; you can barely see Boober and Red.
As for end credits, yes, I noticed the mistakes as well (most notably the episode titles: "Wembly and the Gorg" ?!).
