I wonder if there are serious consequences from eating a magic wand? It might make Cookie Monster cough out magic spells or even change him into a different color or animal.
Hey, I'm glad you all like my Town idea. :) And yes, I can imagine Fleet as the boss of the newspaper company. And I suppose Polly Lobster could run the arcade. Swindling all the customers.
And some more....
Police Chief Bobo Bear.
Lou Zeland's seafood restaurant.
JP Grouse's bank...
Suppose there was a town populated by Muppets. What would it be like? I vision a Muppet town with a name like Henson Heights. It would be the home of all our favorite Muppet Show Muppets along with some Frackles and Whatnots. And each familiar Muppet would have a job or own a business like…...
I liked when Garth Brooks was singing, "If I Were A Rich Man", while kicking chickens around.
The Seinfeld Babies was pretty funny too.
And how about that Potato rock band, who rocked so wild, they ended up mashed in the end and the band leader was swimming in mashed potatoes? That was so...
I've always wondered what if a thousand years have passed. And who would be performing the Muppets in the year 3000? They might have a record book of all the many performers who performed Kermit over the centuries, starting with Jim Henson.
Or maybe they'll equip the Muppets with futuristic...
It's been a while since I've seen that skit. But I'll try to describe Yasha the best I can. Yasha was one of those lavender round headed Muppets, with a white fuzzy wig and a white fuzzy mustache, and I can't remember the color of his nose.
He wore a black tuxedo and he had a mumbling Bert...
One thing that made me laugh was when the two old Muppets were singing about the ET family. When they were doing P and ET. The old man holding a P went, "You take a P as in Puhhh!" but when he made that P sound a second time, it almost sounded like a microphone exploded.
They say you gotta...
I was watching a classic episode of SS and I saw the Friday closing credits. And I noticed that the Muppeteer cast only consisted of 5. Jim, Frank, Jerry, Richard, and Carroll.
Today's SS cast now has around 20 Muppeteers. Definitely a huge cast increase since the old days.
I too have the MFS DVD. :) What I like about this DVD is that it features an audio commentary by Kermit, Gonzo, Rizzo, and director Tim Hill. It shows them as silhouettes sitting in movie theather seats while talking through the entire movie. It's kind of like Mystery Science Theater 3000. :)
Yeah, I dig Pokemon as well. I even have a Pokemon section on my webpage as well. http://www.geocities.com/Hollywood/Academy/5000/
My favorites are Squirtle, Zubat, and Vulpix.
There were 5 skits about the word family songs.
First was a boy and a girl Muppet singing about the AN familly
second was two old men singing about ET
third was the same two old men singing about IG
fourth was a boy and girl Muppet siniging about OP
and last was the two old men again...
It seems like almost anything can come to life in the Muppet world. And you can even expect it just by looking at the objects. Here are my favorite inanimate things that've come to life.
The wooden dragon boat in, "In the Navy."
The Beethoven bust on Rowlf's piano.
Sylvester...
