EM.TV does not own KirchMedia (in case didn't say that already). They are two different companies. I know Saban is interested in them too, but I seriously doubt that has anything to do with the Henson sale. Unless someone knows different.

OK, notice how they AOL (not Disney) executives first brought up a potential merger. Keep in mind, AOL Time Warner is larger and has more brands (so to speak) than Disney. Though this kind of merger will probably never happen, it'd be, well, "interesting" nonetheless.
