Jack and the Beanstalk airs July 14-15

BTW, "Jack and the Beanstalk" came on earlier this afternoon from 2pm/1c-6pm/5c. I must say it is a pretty enjoyable show, nice to see Henson can still make a good fantasy program. And I believe it the miniseries will also re-air Thursday and Friday at 9pm/8c. I think those are the dates...

    Had a nice muppet dream.

You're a sick, twisted, demon--no wait, you're right. Although chasing Miss Piggy around a farm does sound like fun! Never mind.

    Had a nice muppet dream.

You're a sick, twisted, demented man. You remind me of myself.

    The Return of "Muppet What-Ifs?"

What if Jim Henson didn't name his puppets "Muppets?" To Ernie101: "Bert is Evil."

    Tool Fans

Since I just posted on the "What if?" thread: What if Tool made a video with the Muppets (or the Creature Shop rather)? Their videos are freaky.

    The Return of "Muppet What-Ifs?"

What if Kermit didn't have a collar? What if Robin did? What if Skeeter was a regular character? What if Scooter was still around? What if "Muppets Tonight" was still on the air? What if Muppet Central had an official relationship with The Jim Henson Company? What if Odyssey was still...

Jack and the Beanstalk airs July 14-15

PLEASE clear something up for me. When I watched the end credits for the miniseries yesterday, it showed the "Jim Henson Company" logo first and the "Hallmark Entertainment" logo second. Now whose show is this, HALLMARK's or HENSON's? It is "Jim Henson's Jack and the Beanstalk: The Real Story"...

Weezer and the Muppets: Making the Video special

Less than an hour 'til I record it. I'm excited! Funny thing, though. I saw the video on MTV at 2am last Tuesday morning, and I don't even remember how the song goes at all! I remember the video, but not the song.

Noggin is getting rid of Sesame Street Unpaved!!

Yo, don't completely diss The N. They just recently picked up one of my favorite shows, "Daria." They EDIT it, but it's still there. But besides that, yes, The N sucks hard. On the other hand, I never really liked Noggin either except for Unpaved. It felt great to watch vintage SS at 1am every...

    Labyrinth on Hallmark tonight

For those of you catch this on time, Jim Henson's "Labyrinth" comes on The Hallmark Channel tonight at 11pm CST (12am for the eastern folks. So if you're not watching a re-run of my favorite show, SNL, watch my favorite movie on The Channel Formerly Known As Odyssey.

    Henson is Evergreen

My 100th message: Or for the people (them being me) who do not have DVD, put the library on VHS (or on TV so I can record it).

Starz Muppet documentary shortened to 4-8 minutes

Yeah, they said it will just be, if I understand the second e-mail I got from them correctly, a short featurette about the making of the movie. It stinks because I was actually more looking forward to the documentary than the movie. Well, can't have everything.

    Weezer & the Muppets

This is cool. MTV and MTV2 are my favorite channels, and recording music videos has been a two-year hobby of mine.

Henson Is Going To The Dogs, Again

Keep in mind, this is a not a co-production with Disney, but with MGM, which only GUARANTEES its failure. Their only recent non-"James Bond" hit was "Legally Blonde."

Weezer/Muppet video to debut on MTV on July 14

Sweet! My two favorite types of entertainment--Muppets and Rock--on my favorite channel, MTV2! With this and the STARZ! news, maybe this WILL be a good year for the Muppets!

What if they had a Muppet Network?

I'd prefer to call it "The Henson Channel." :-)

Swamp Years debuts on STARZ August 18

ANYWAY, this is awesome! I wonder how much "history" will be provided in the documentary. Does anyone have any info about how long these programs are? Video taping plans. ;-)

    Kermit Honoured with Star

Nah. It's cool when one Muppet is recognized for his/her/its own achievement. Hopefully one day we'll see Frank Oz get a star. He's performed many of the most popular Muppets (not to mention Yoda), and he's also a leading Hollywood director. So I wouldn't be surprised.

Not an exact quote, but a cool moment nonetheless. :-)
