    The RHLC!

Well someone posted that HIT said they're not releasing season 4 alone, just as an expensive complete set. At least that's what it said. Guess we'll have to see. At times like these, it's good to keep priorities in order. All this talk about expensive dvd box sets inspired me to donate a bit...

    The RHLC!

That's great! Yes I need some good news after the disapointing Fraggle news. I'm still in dreadful shock. There's still so much that's wrong with this world.

Fraggle Rock Complete Series Collection coming this fall

That's extremely disapointing, I'm kinda in shock right now. Dreadful shame. Not sure what I will do right now, but I will try not to get too upset (after all there are people with real problems in the world.)

Weinstein rolls with Fraggle Rock movie

Lol, yeah exactly... :) Yup, I like that song because it showcased a major theme of his character, how desperately lonely he is. Of course that plotline was largely settled in the show. Personally I would have preferred a movie that continued the storyline of the series, but I understand how...

Weinstein rolls with Fraggle Rock movie

Yea I mean if they just made him a bumbling idiot that definitley wouldn't ring true.

Weinstein rolls with Fraggle Rock movie

Regarding the Gorgs, the only way I can see it working is if they're used as "bookends" at the beginning and/or end. Like if the Fraggles had to get something from Outer Space for the Gorgs, or to stop them (depending on what their relationship is in this film lol).

Weinstein rolls with Fraggle Rock movie

True it's good that care is being taken! I would love it more if the Gorgs end up in the equation, lol, but it is what it is.

Weinstein rolls with Fraggle Rock movie

I believe there was a recent interview put here few posts back where he said that. Obviously there's difficulties with the Gorgs but it would be a shame if they can't work them in at all. But we'll see. :)

New behind-the-scenes book to celebrate Fraggle Rock

It's really interesting to think about! That's true that Captain fit better with the dark weirdness of Fraggle Rock and I love that. And in the same way, Doc fit with the Fraggles' humor and character relationships. And his scene with Ned on the phone fit with the show's more adult themes.

Weinstein rolls with Fraggle Rock movie

Honestly, I don't think they'll mean to play favorites with the "Doc" characters, but I see them using the US/Canadian version. It's most readily indentified with the show and that's the way companies work. The fact that they made more than one "Doc" was quite unusual and special and probably...

    Ernie's nonsense and tricks

When I was little Ernie was my favorite for how silly he was. Nowadays I'm more sympathetic and amused by Bert. Guess that means I'm old, lol.

New behind-the-scenes book to celebrate Fraggle Rock

Oh I agree, I don't think we should be saying one country was deprived over another. I mean if the Fraggles and the Gorgs managed to work things out, we should be able to, lol.

Weinstein rolls with Fraggle Rock movie

Well modern is all very well, but if the movie doesn't have a good story or ultimate message it won't work. :)

New behind-the-scenes book to celebrate Fraggle Rock

I'm not going to say whether Doc or the Captain is better; it's apples and oranges. I will say though, I was amazed at how much darker and introspective the Captain's scenes are. We really are often deprived in the US, lol. Still I think Doc's scenes have humor and superb chemistry between Doc...

Did anyone see that new Hannah Montanna episode?

I think people are putting a lot of pressure on Miley to be the one "good" teen idol, which isn't really fair. And if parents want a decent idol for their kids, they shouldn't turn to pretty teens on TV and assume it's all cool. I have little sympathy for parents in these cases, heh.

    The RHLC!

That's great, MN! I hope you can get to do more of it. I got a lead in High School and a friend said afterward "You can be happy knowing you enthralled an audience." :) I also worked for the crew too, which is just as important. It always annoyed me when audiences don't applaud for the crew. I...

    The RHLC!

Well I've always been kinda shy, but enjoyed performing for my family or friends when I felt at ease, so I think my parents thought acting would be a good outlet. I still get nervous everytime, but I know that will only sabotage me. And when I please an audience, it's such a wonderful feeling...

Muppets to appear in Disney Channel TV special

General optimism is great, and even pessimissim is from time to time. It's the extremes of either one that can cause problems. Basically I think the two concepts should work together hand in hand, I think that would improve a lot of things. :)

    "Beethoven Day" Performance(Sweeeet!)

Actually Roger Bart, the actor who played Snoopy in the 1999 Broadway musical, said Snoopy talking was strange for him too because he'd grown up with A Charlie Brown Christmas etc, where Snoopy never spoke.
