Ugly Henson and Muppet promo comic from Big Boy (1979)

Did you vote for anyone in the PBS Favorite Classic Comedian poll? http://www.pbs.org/wnet/makeemlaugh/ I agree, clearly he has talent. :) And in the old days there was often a rebellion against traditional animation and drawings (away from the perfection of Disney and all hehe).

    The RHLC!

Yeah I personally don't think it's necessary to be as strict as that woman, it could come back to haunt you in the end, heh. No I haven't, definitely explain! :)

Ugly Henson and Muppet promo comic from Big Boy (1979)

Well I'm not really talking about whether it's "good" or not, hehe, just for its historical interest. Don't forget, some people make a living studying the plague. ;)

Just to let everyone know, the Muppet episode of The Cosby Show is on right now on Nick at Nite, 1:30am (EST)!

Ugly Henson and Muppet promo comic from Big Boy (1979)

Honestly, I think it's quite weird, but I don't mind it that much, lol. I mean, I guess I'm looking at it from a retro sort of perspective. ;)

Oh yeah leaving bad news like that till the end of the day makes sense. But that Mom you mentioned waiting five days was a little much, heh. Then again, that's how she got on the news! I definitely believe things like that happen sometimes when we least expect it (in fact it's often better...

Hmm, well I think the problem there is an issue of trust in the future. The child might wonder all the time what else he doesn't know. I read in a Beatles book awhile ago about a little kid who loved John Lennon (from watching Yellow Submarine lol). His parents weren't sure when to tell him...

Your Thoughts: Street Gang – The Complete History of Sesame Street

I know! That actually makes a lot of sense, I mean with the lips and everything, lol. Still I'm glad they decided to be more inclusive. :flirt:

Your Thoughts: Street Gang – The Complete History of Sesame Street

Most sources do say Janice Joplin, which makes sense, she was the big female voice in Rock. :flirt:

After Years in Obscurity, I'm Back...

It would really depend on the guest stars, some today are better than others. Though I guess I'm ultimately more of a purist and just don't want to see established movies changed too much. But that's just me. :) I just wouldn't like using cgi because I do think there's this disrespectful...

You know I almost wish I could be like that sometimes, if something's not working for me to just be able to cut it loose so to speak, lol. And if it benefits someone else, that's great too! I mean I think by that time he was such a senior part of the team, he could afford to toss things around...

    SST 40th Anniversary Event

Unfortunately not sure I could meet up anywhere before or after the event, though that would be nice. But I should be able to talk with people at the event itself, providing there is time. :)

Definitely an episode that deserved extra notice. I don't agree when people say kids shouldn't be exposed to issues like death on TV shows. Because there are kids who have no choice and must deal with it in real life. Why should other kids be kept sheltered, especially if such an episode could...

Plane goes down in Hudson River

Apparently, they say it's a common problem they often face and try to guard against! I had never thought of that before, but it does make sense, heh. Well technology and nature are always involved in these difficulties, heh. I mean, we do need planes, they help deliver important things. But at...

    R.I.P. Ricardo Montalban

That news really breaks my heart, he was a great actor and seemed to be good natured and humble when he spoke in interviews. Truly unique, literally no one could replace him. :) I do remember he said he admired the Planet of the Apes series because they didn't have the typically happy endings...
