Sam and Friends Book Read our review of the long-awaited book, "Sam and Friends - The Story of Jim Henson's First Television Show" by Muppet Historian Craig Shemin.
No you don't sound like a jerk, I mean death is part of life and the Muppets have always been about exploring all facets of life, not just the happy parts.
Well I have no idea who is guy is, or what he's backing up his claims with exactly. As a researcher I have to be a bit skeptical until this is corroborated elsewhere.
No problem. :) I admit the only time I've seen "The Room" was through the Nostalgia Critic review, lol. I can see where it probably had a thoughtful message behind it, but it just suffered from sub par writing and (therefore) acting. I'm a supporter of independent films, but unfortunately this...
Oh yeah I think the premise was great and worked really well at times. It would have been easy to try and repeat The Muppet Show but sometimes you have to take risks. :)

Yeah I remember seeing a few episodes back in the day. I didn't realize it was a TV show I just thought there were an unusual number of Muppet specials that year, lol.
The one I remembered most was the sketch about pollution with Ted Dansen. This kind of stuff just isn't talked about anymore...
That's it, I've made up my mind, I'm moving to Germany! :(:p
Just goes to show, we in America always think the way we do things is the only way, but that's far from true.
