Bad Guys/Villains we didn't root for

Yeah but you can still tell he's a villain in the other two, hehe.

What improvements would you have made to The Muppets Film 2012 (spoilers)

Well I mean in recent years, Rizzo has been up front a lot of the time. For me, the newer Muppets have largely had two decades to themselves and it's OK to give the classic characters a chance again. :)

What improvements would you have made to The Muppets Film 2012 (spoilers)

It's just that he's had a bigger part for a few films now and the older characters weren't getting enough exposure.

Scooter Appreciation Thread For The Most Underappraciated, Disrespected Muppet of Ever

I was just thinking the other day of a character that kind of reminded me of Scooter. The 1982 film My Favorite Year about the makings of a comedy TV show in the 1950s. The main character is a young junior writer on the team who is given all the unglamorous jobs like bringing the coffee and...

    The RHLC!

I was actually thinking the other day, ever notice how we often say "tuna fish?" It's weird when you think about it. I mean isn't that understood? After all we don't say "salmon fish" or "trout fish." Hehe

    HEH! Work It's been Canceled!

Gotcha, thanks for the tip, it is important to know exactly when a series got its stride going.

    HEH! Work It's been Canceled!

I actually like what I've seen of Supernatural; it's reminiscent of the kind of humor Buffy was known for.

Your Thoughts: "The Muppets" Theatrical Film

I agree; I didn't get that vibe from the movie at all. Exactly, if I hadn't known the back story, that's how I would have interpreted it too. Yeah sometimes it's more dramatically effective to refer to a past moment, rather than show that moment.

    HEH! Work It's been Canceled!

That show I actually liked because it was so character driven. Each character had a specific comedic note to play, you anticipated it, and it always delivered. It's simple but effective. :)

Your Fave And Least Fave Movies Of 2011?

Yeah the biggest lie in the movie industry is that CGI looks more realistic. It doesn't, lol. At least not by itself. I think Gollum was a successful blend of human performance with the help of CGI.

Bad Guys/Villains we didn't root for

Oh yeah I forgot Christopher Lee! OK, he's the other best thing about those cinematic mistakes, lol. Even though he's basically playing Saruman in space, hehe...Seriously, same exact purpose in the story, lol. "Join me Obi Wan...I mean uh Gandalf!...I mean..."

Yeah winter is notorious for producing depression, with it being darker so much earlier.

What improvements would you have made to The Muppets Film 2012 (spoilers)

This is a tiny thing but I don't think Camilla needed subtitles, lol. They could have done it differently and still be effective, plus a little kid in the audience kept asking his Mom, "What did the chicken say?" Lol

    HEH! Work It's been Canceled!

TV has lost so much of its audience to the Web, and they really have no idea what to do. Plus they just don't want to spend the money on new ideas.

The Nostalgia Critic Thread Lives Again!

Ahh, I'm so happy! Nostalgia Critic just started Star Trek month with a review of Star Trek: The Motion Picture. And he is spot on about everything that's wrong with it, lol. http://thatguywiththeglasses.com/videolinks/thatguywiththeglasses/nostalgia-critic/33905-star-trek-the-motion-picture...

Bad Guys/Villains we didn't root for

I'll half agree. I don't like him when he's the Emperor in the original Star Wars. But I did like him in the prequels as Palpatine, probably because he was the best thing in those cinematic mistakes, hehe. ;)

    Sesame Street Breastfeeding Controversy

As a bottle fed kid, I was confused for it two seconds but I got over it! Lol. Being confused is part of learning and there's nothing wrong with that. That's WHY you are taught things so you won't be confused anymore. It's kind of funny how terrified we are of "confusing" children as if their...

What improvements would you have made to The Muppets Film 2012 (spoilers)

I definitely enjoyed the movie a lot too. But if I was going to tweet a couple of things: Just in general more funny moments with the Muppets and less exposition. The Electric Mayhem should have at least one song. Some '70s reference because The Muppet Show was more of a '70s phenomenon, not...

    Dealing with depression and anxiety

Aw thank you. :) Yeah last night was just weird. I didn't even think I was really upset about anything but somehow I ended up getting really freaked out in general and just couldn't get to sleep. But I guess I was just nervous about a lot of things going on in life right now. But yeah it did get...
