Yeah there's a lot of major '80s cartoons that never had a Christmas special for some reason. I guess we were spoiled by the He-Man and She-Ra Christmas Special, lol.
Yeah his power pretty much lies in fans desperately wanting to believe him, lol.
I know one of the experts decrying Baby Einstein said it would be better for kids that young to have more grown up shows on the TV, like Dancing with the Stars, simply because it's less stimulation overload. Like I've been saying for years, there's nothing wrong with showing kids more grown up...
I think the idea behind the story was fine, I just didn't think the writers followed Screenwriting 101. It was sloppy and all over the place, typical of a sequel.
What they are forgetting is that being a parent doesn't make you an expert in psychology or child development. Anyone can be a parent. Not everyone is educated.
And I have no sympathy for parents crying because Elmo's World is gone. Sorry, lol.
And I still remember the entire theater went nuts during that scene, lol. The movie is so funny because it's all so true. ;)
But yeah feel free to go back on topic, lol.

Actually that reminds me; I had something of a revelation the other day. I was watching some of the 89/90's Disney princess movies with a friend and kept saying "fast forward to the next song" without really thinking about it. And I realized that for me at least, the songs definitely hold up...
Anastasia just annoys me with its blatant disregard for historical accuracy, lol.
Thanks, exactly. So I guess we should be thankful he even got that brief window of a chance so we could have these films today.
Trust me, you're not the only one. :)
I agree that given the choice, I'd watch the third film before the second film (I admit, I loved Corey Feldman as Donatello, lol). The third film had some good ideas it was just written atrociously, lol.
