What is this "foam-core" of which you speak? I haven't done much construction/customizing so I am quite unfamiliar with appropriate materials. Where would I find some and what kind of specs does it come in?

That's pretty much my thoughts exactly on this line. Excellent figures, and if there was one problem, it was on the paint. Still, I'd rather have a few little paint problems than broken joints.
