So, pretty much get ready to cry when you read this story Carroll posted from his personal Reddit account.

Only a few posts? To me this is one of the biggest Muppet events of the year, next to The Muppets returning to tv. Just saw the film with my family on Amazon stream for $7, and man...what a remarkable achievement. I'm a massive fan of documentaries, particularly human interest related docs. But...
I said it from the moment the ABC tv show was announced, but Ive never wavered in my belief the show will get picked up and blow people away. And hey... here we go http://www.ew.com/article/2015/04/30/tv-pilots-best The Muppets (ABC): Who doesn’t want to see the Muppets back on TV? We’re told...
I have the Bean Bunny action figure Disney made a couple years ago. My bet would be on Bobo, with Bean, Mahna Mahna and Nigel being possibilities. Though, Palisades did make smaller figurines of Mahna Mahna and the Two Snowths.
Awwwww, these are sooo good. I've absolutely no idea where all the online fan criticism is coming from. I mean that "Raisins" one, wow. These absolutely recall the magic of those Sesame wall moments.
More I hear about this, more excited I get. I LOVVVVED the "Muppets Drive" series last year(would totally buy it on dvd), which was kind of in that single camera vein. But Muppets meets Curb Your Enthusiasm vibe = amazingly perfect for the time period. Sounds like it could be pretty meta
Hoping at SW Celebration next week a 3rd line of Muppet Star Wars figures are announced. Pretty much in my mind the BEST Muppet figure line since the 1978 Fisher Price line
I thought Muppets Most Wanted was THE most real Muppety film in 30 years, yet it disappointed at the box office. So I don't know anymore...but I agree that going forward television is where they need to be now
What I LOVVVE about JHC/MT: crazy wild colorful new characters
And yes, hopefully there will be NEW amazing female muppet characters...of which we've had 60 years of very little standout new female cast
For people saying this is doomed because of the 2002 Fox pilot and 2006 mockumentary pilot that never saw the light of day...
This is a wayyyy different time period in 2015.
Prady's Big Bang Theory has gone super nova critical mass, the 2011 Muppet film proved to be a pretty big runaway...
Muppets 2015 anywhere on the flagship ABC Wednesday spot would be GOLD!
That plus Modern Family and Goldbergs are my favorite comedies on tv, so definitely would be the trifecta.
Bingo. It HAS to be Tuesday or Wednesday. For ABC that's the real sweet spot, and I think midweek is the new TGIF(ABCs late 80s/early 90s flagship night of comedies) If they put this on Wednesday, you know they have a lot of confidence in it. The pilot seems like it will be in the "single...
"I'm going to go back there someday". Probably the biggest news in many years. Everyone knows we're in the golden age of television, particularly for tv serial dramas. More and more A-list actors want to switch to tv.
Before anyone makes jokes about this being yet another unseen pilot like the...
One cynical part of me has to ask the obvious question: Given the public wasn't too gangbusters for MMW even after zillions of dollars in advertising, how the heck is the public going to be super excited for a FR movie in this day and age? I could write a book about how amazing, magical, and...
I've long ago lost care/interested in TMS Season 4/5. I think most people who really wanted 4 and 5 just torrented them awhile back. But I find rather lame is that there's such a wealth of stuff Disney DOES have the full copyright to Muppet wise(specials, series, etc) and Im guessing will never...
I consider both Muppet Mindset and Muppet Stuff the best thing to happen to online Muppet fandom since the original late 90s MC site. More so actually as it's regularly updated. We were waiting years for a daily, regular professionally ran fun Muppet and JHC world related blog. I rarely come on...
Uh, well they're grownups still using an archaic 1990's website as a forum...and not out of nostalgia or irony. It's funny as TP as a website is great and immensely positive as well as all the solid exclusives they get with performers/muppet characters on youtube. But yeah it's a very Aint It...
I can't think of a single Muppet in 60 years of them doing their thing that wouldn't work with kids. I hope this they can continue this series long enough, as I'd love to see some really obscure Muppets. I mean as much as main characters like Rizzo and Bobo would be perfect, would love to see...
