The issue of selling replicas is well documented on here.. In a nutshell, unless you hold a licence by the copyright holders (in this case Disney) you will be breaking copyright laws. Fan made items for your own use/collection is all good tho :)

I use a method as Slackbot described above. Wire frame makes them posable and they work great :)
