    SCTV Thread

What about Cheaper By the Dozen 2?;) (lol- not really a big Eugene Levy fan so I haven't seen him in anything else- but I do love the Cheaper By the Dozen movies- Steve Martin is great in most any movie.) And while I am somewhat familiar with Strange Brew- I mainly know of SCTV characters...

Is the time right for a Best of Abby DVD?

I love Murray Monster but I don't think I want to see a compilation of him introducing various Sesame Street segments. (When he's paired with Ovejita- that I can see a bit better.)

    Anyone remember this one?

"Tumbling Tumbleweed"- that was a great (and funny) one.:)

    Abatiwaha...huh?

abatiwaha- A Xulu word meaning, "The cows are dying". lol:zany: Not really. I don't have a clue. It may just be a made-up phrase by Harry Belafonte. But it's possible it could be an African language word though...Hmm:search:

    Did Rowlf sing Mahna Mahna?

Pretty sure Rowlf has never sung Mahna Mahna- at least not to my knowledge. No reason why he shouldn't though. lol:sympathy:

I second that emotion. I am also the voice of Grover for my nephews via the stuffed doll I gave them.

FS: Mib Fisher Price Scooter and Kermit reporter

Is this Scooter doll an actual doll or do you mean the hand puppet that came out in the late '70s? I think I've got that one. (Though not mint-in-box.);) The Kermit reporter sounds cool too- but I don't have the money for it. I'm sure someone on here probably will eventually.:)

Is the time right for a Best of Abby DVD?

I'm not sure if Abby honestly has enough moments to warrant a "Best Of" video. Though I wouldn't turn it down either. But it seems that there's plenty of other characters with a long history that have yet to get any kind of such tribute from Sesame Street. I'd love to see compilations like that...

Muppets: DC Almost Live comes to DVD in the UK

I haven't seen this officially announced anywhere, so this may just be a rumor, but I have seen on UltimateDisney's site (and they tend to be on target with all things Disney) that there is a June 2010 release scheduled for The Muppets: Studio DC- Almost Live in Region 1. I assume this would be...

Fraggle Movie Integrating Popular Music Acts

Just to clarify, but I don't think the article explicitly stated either Lady Gaga or Weird Al would be featured in the movie. I think it was just stating that as the range of possibilities for the music for the Fraggle Rock movie. Kinda like they could get anybody from Relient K to Slayer for...

    Oh man, what happened to?

Okay, well, I didn't know all that then. If Sesame Workshop ever decided to splurge though, that is one character I'd love to see come back. (Along with a lot of others really...):search:

    D-U-C-K-I-E: an underrated song

What educational lesson does "Rubber Duckie" teach? I think both that song and "D-U-C-K-I-E" just talk about Ernie's love for his rubber duckie. And that's a great lesson in itself. And I love both songs!:p:)

The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Thread!

I love Charlie Brown and Snoopy. Great comic strip and great cartoon series and specials. It's all good. I think "A Charlie Brown Christmas" will always stand out as my favorite for me (just because I love Christmas so much and watch Christmas specials most any time of the year- and this...
