    Wild Thornberries DVD (interesting development)

Wow- in looking through Tim Curry's resume, I found it interesting to note that he's performed the voice of both Satan and God for different projects in his career. That's quite a contrast!

    Wild Thornberries DVD (interesting development)

Tim Curry wasn't technically a bad guy in "Home Alone 2: Lost in New York"....okay- never mind - yeah, he was. But Harry and Marv were the main villians really. And Tim Curry wasn't a villian in that movie to the level he was in "Muppet Treasure Island" anyway. And he was narrator in "A Sesame...

That sketch is by far one of Fozzie's best jokes!:o (which I guess isn't saying much.:boo:) Haha. Hey Fozzie- don't let Statler and Waldorf get to you. I still love you.

Muppet Babies - 20+ years later

I love Muppet Babies!:) But then I also grew up with the cartoon as a child. Of course, I also grew up watching The Muppet Show, Sesame Street, Fraggle Rock (live action) and Fraggle Rock (animated) all at about the same time, and I'm equally a fan of all of them.:D

Out of all Nick's classic cartoons, Doug is by far one of my top favorites.:D

    Wild Thornberries DVD (interesting development)

My local library has Seasons 1 and 2 of Doug on DVD and I've really enjoyed watching the show again through that. I never got to see the original first few seasons on Nickelodeon and only discovered it when it came to ABC (when it became Disney's Brand Spanking New Doug- which I know many fans...

    A Lidsville movie

Seriously? H.R. Pufnstuff was on The George Lopez Show? Wow! That's cool. Why can't I run across that episode in random flipping through channels for the times I catch that show on Nick?

    Wild Thornberries DVD (interesting development)

Hey now- some people remember Webster. LOL. I grew up watching that show- one of my favorites in the 1980s. So I'm excited for its release on DVD.:) But I understand what you're saying. It's great to have the 1950s Dennis The Menace sitcom coming to DVD- but I'd just as soon love to see the...

    Muppet Babies DVD Box Sets

So I guess Disney basically needs to make a ton of phone calls to make this happen. I understand that artists all need to be paid for their work, certainly. I just don't know why it has to be so hard to negotiate agreements. All of the different parties involved need to find some way to work...

Warner Home Video now distributing Sesame Workshop DVDs

I'd love to see a travelling-themed DVD with all the various vacation and travel-themed episodes of Sesame Street from the '70s and '80s- like the Montana, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Camp Echo Rock storylines. It would also be great to have Grover's Camp Wannagohoma sketches included as bonuses...

    Muppet Babies DVD Box Sets

I guess I just don't understand why it's so hard to reach a simple agreement. If Muppet Babies used clips from different TV shows, movies and specials, and popular music, etc. that other companies own- call up the companies, agree on a percentage for the company to receive of sales, and leave it...

Warner Home Video now distributing Sesame Workshop DVDs

Nice! I wasn't aware of either release, but always cool to hear about more Sesame Street DVD releases- especially ones with Kermit appearing in them!:) Although honestly if the only clip is going to be "Forty Blocks From My Home", I don't think I'll be so worried about getting it. I agree...

    The Return of "Muppet What-Ifs?"

What if everyone on The Muppet Show spoke in Meeps and only Beaker spoke normally? What if Sherlock Hemlock had made a cameo in "Muppet Sherlock Holmes"? (Okay, I know that was focusing on The Muppet Show gang and they may not have had the rights and all- but that would've...

    sesame street flims question.

I know what you're talking about- I remember those shadow puppets too. I don't recall being scared by them- they were pretty cool. Sesame Street's video player may have some- you might try on www.sesamestreet.com or maybe on Youtube...

    Muppet Babies DVD Box Sets

I am curious about this whole rights negotiation process for DVD releases. How is that there are officially released episodes of Muppet Babies on VHS but they can't get DVD releases for the episodes? Perhaps the episodes released to VHS some years ago didn't use any outside clips or only clips...

    RIP Betty Garrett

I didn't realize she was on "All in the Family", but I definitely remember Betty Garrett as Edna Babish on "Laverne & Shirley". She did such a great job on that show. She will definitely be missed. May God be with her family during this sad time.:(:sympathy:
