Cool! I will have to check it out. Nice to see Shalom Sesame on there- it would certainly be great to see other international versions of Sesame Street on Youtube as well.
Incidentally, at least some have been released on VHS video. There are the Shalom Sesame videos of course (and I think...
Are you talking about this- http://inspector-gadget.net/
There's an advertisement for a new Inspector Gadget cartoon series coming from DIC in 2009, supposedly.
Oh yeah- and here's another fun Inspector Gadget tidbit you may like-
Holy unexpected crossover, Batman...
I fully agree with Dr.Tooth in promoting Fraggle Rock (and Muppets in general) T-shirts and clothing for males and females equally- it gets annoying so many times finding so many Muppets clothing items that seem to be overwhelmingly aimed at females and so little for males. Nice to see something...
Yep- and Papercutz is publishing the original Smurfs comics by Peyo in English- so check it out!:)
(Had to make a plug for them, as they also publish Nancy Drew and The Hardy Boys graphic novels- and I'm really a big fan of those as well- both the comics and the actual book series.)
Now...
I love how they put Batman: The Brave and the Bold show together. It's a nice throwback to the classic comic book title and it definitely is influenced, yes, by Superfriends some- but I think even more so of Batman- the '60s live action series. The opening intro definitely has a tribute to the...
Great example with Ferris Bueller's Day Off - if not for all the language, it would be a great movie. I don't care for some of those aspects of it- but otherwise I love the movie. "Ferris Bueller, you're my hero.":D
Woohoo! Fraggle Rock T-shirts! That's awesome! I've seen some of the Muppets from The Muppet Show and some Sesame Street T-shirts sometimes, but it seems Fraggle Rock is one I don't see as much. Cool to know! Now to check out my local Target.:):excited:
Hey, frogboy4- just wanted to say Thank you for your honest answer. You are right that a Christian must have faith in order to trust all that God says and to please God. It's absolutely necessary.
And thank you for your tips about not overloading someone with Scripture. I can understand...
I think both are hilarious. And I do love the cameo appearance (of sorts) from Dr. Teeth in the "Upstairs Downstairs" sketch.:D
That makes at least 3 characters from The Muppet Show to have an appearance in some manner on Sesame Street- Dr. Teeth, Miss Piggy and Kermit obviously.:)
Can I ask a hypothetical question? Putting aside people's ways of delivering information (and I agree that there are many who don't do it in a good way and I'm sorry that you feel that I'm among that number - I don't necessarily want to offend or upset anyone- just trying to present what The...
Okay- the video helped. I like the designs generally- I definitely agree that it looks more inspired from the original comic books- mixed in with some elements from the '80s cartoon and the "TMNT" movie. Looks like Michelangelo still has his nunchuks, which is definitely a plus- though it seems...
It would be great to see the 1960s cartoon series of The Fantastic Four get released to DVD. I'd be excited for the 1970s series too, sure- but honestly, I've seen episodes of both and I definitely like the 1960s series better because they keep The Human Torch in there and it's truer to the...
Why do you say that? I remember watching Seasons 9 and 10 when it originally aired and I do at least have a few episodes on the Season 1 DVD. (I never really like those kind of deals when they release an additional episode from a future season on a season DVD release and promote it as an...
Again, there are a number of things in the last few posts I could go back and address, but let me just say this then.
I believe that Jesus made it clear Christians are to go into all the world and preach the Gospel (Matthew 28:18-20). So I'm sorry if my last few posts have come off as...
Well, first of all, The Bible's accuracy is maintained by God Himself, so I would not call any translation of The Holy Bible (outside of the Watchtower version and other edited versions from cults) to be faulty or inaccurate.
The Bible is what it is- it's God Word, whether people agree...
