    Thanks Toodles :-) Yea he is relativly simple tho hos simple appearence can be deceptive when it comes to constructing the mouth! Ive spent all afternoon tweeking, trimming, glueing and stitching to get the finish i wanted- Finally happy with it! Now time for some features :-)

    I to am in the process of building a beaker replica at the moment. I have done some experimentation around the mouth mech and agree that keeping it simple works best. The mouthplate is the same as a regular mouthplate.. Only vertical instead of horizontal.

    Making A Kermit

    Looking good so far.. Its a great start. Dont forget that most of kermits head shape is made with the puppeteers hand so play around with how your hand sits in his head. Your hand should be slightly curved with the knuckles on your fingers raised :-)

    The eyes on my new one are 35mm plastic dome eyes. The pupil was made by printing a pictire of kermits eyes.. Resizing them to match my 35mm eyes and sticking some black tape on the picture behind the pupils and cutting them out, peeling the tape off and placing it to my eyes.. Hope that...

    Im guessing that if you soak the foam in water then freeze it, the foam will expand? If you carve the expanded foam it might distort the final result once it thaws and regains its shape... Im ony guessing here tho :-/ Good quality razors (and plenty of them as foam eats through blades pretty...
