Cloths for kermit help

Hi does any one know how to create puppet cloths aparts from buying them from build a bear or small kids cloths because i want to make Kermit a tuxedo since i will be doing a motivational speech to the younger years of my school but i want kermit in a tux

You can buy it, cut it up and use it as a pattern and scale it up/down to fit.
