Once and for all...what is it?

That's exactly how I hinge mouths. Hurray! I'm useful! Oh, one more thing. If you want to sew fabric onto the gasket rubber, I suggest you first make some holes in the rubber around the parimeter with a leather hole puncher (like you use to make extra holes in belts and sandals). The...

Once and for all...what is it?

It is rubber (like shoe soles) , a dull red color, and comes in 6x6 inch squares. I think you can also get it in 12x12 inch squares. They're sort of like rubber tiles.

Once and for all...what is it?

I've found it in the plumbing section at Lowes, so it must have something to do with bathrooms/waterclosets.

Yeah! That's the one. Thanks! --"Scary" Larry Wolf

What's everyone think of CRANK YANKERS?????

punkNpuppets Hehehe.. take a chill pill, huh? Why, so I can be a pacifist and blindly accept "sexual humor" as something to laugh at? I've got strong beliefs about that. When I said I believe that show is one of the lowest forms of entertainment on cable tv, it's mainly due to the fact that...

What's everyone think of CRANK YANKERS?????

Well, I sat down to watch it last night, so I can legitimately say I think the content is a bunch of rot. After seeing an actual episode, I also can give credit to the puppeteers (whom I was a jerk to last time this was discussed -- sorry!) for a good job with the lipsync to bad quality...

how many famous puppeteers for past and presnet are in here

I'm not a famous puppeteer (...yet) either, but I know that Karen Prell and Jerry Nelson sneak around the boards sometimes. At Muppetfest Jerry told me he remembers seeing my screen name. I have a feeling they just come on as "guests" though, because of the mobsters just discussed. It's a...

What's the name of that song?

Hey everybody! I cannot find for the life of me the name of the song accompanied by the vacuum cleaner hoses on the Muppet Show. It must be a "stomp" of some sort. And PLEASE don't tell me it's called the "Vacuum Stomp" 'cuz then I'd just feel stupid (and I'm sick of finding new rocks to hide...

    ASL and your favorite Muppet

well this is way overdue, but here goes... My name are Peter / I is 17 / I is a boy / and I lives in Tacoma Warshington. As for my favorite Muppet, that is extremely hard to answer. I love them all very much, but I'd pick Animal first, then either Fozzie or Janice (yeah, Byron: you've got...

    Happy Birthday Steve Whitmire!

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY STEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEVE! Happy Birthday from the guy who gave you the "It's not easy bein' Green" pin @ MuppetFest w/ Kermit and Ralph Nader on it (I hope you hadn't voted for him...hehe). That was your...

    Let's make a deal....

OK--I just went to the fair and this "Disney buying the Muppets" thing scares me worse than the upsidedown rides did. Can someone please affirm that even if the mouse takes the Frog, they'll still be known as "Jim Henson's Muppets"? I really don't see how, after so much booing at...

    Happy 66th, Jim!

Where would we be if God had not made Jim Henson? The last seven years of my life would have been a lot less meaningful and exciting. I've felt close to Jim since the day I read his biography, even though I never knew him personally. He was gonna be an artist, I was gonna be an artist, and I...

characters in new Muppet x-mas movie!

I believe it's actually Dave Goelz who's doing Waldorf, not Steve.

SHOCKER: Why Kermit Swamp Years dvd rocks!

Those cameos were AWESOME!! Did you guys catch the Animal keychain and the box addressed to "Dave Goelz"? I thought the story line and the lack of original characters made the film a little weak, but the tie-ins to other movies and other such tid-bits made up for it...

Muppet Audition Tape: Talked to Kevin Clash!

Ryan Wow! Hey, I went to Muppetfest last year and Kevin Clash saw me with my puppet and told me I had good lip sync; he told me three times to send in a tape!!! So, we're doing the exact same thing this summer! :) Way to go, buddy!!! BTW, what exactly are you doing for a plot? I think...

    Muppet Names

Listen to this (or read it, anyway): I'm wearing my Muppetfest T-shirt (with Animal on it) and I was just riding my bike when a kid asked me why I was wearing an ELMO shirt! Boy, was he sorry he asked...:) --"Scary" Larry Wolf

    Mouthplate Material

Corrigated plastic board works for me sometimes. You can find it for sale in a local craft store, or scattered about sidewalks for free after elections are over :). Good Providence with your puppet! --"Scary" Larry Wolf

Well, her head is done now. I've named her L.O.LA. [Little Old LAdy], but if you want you may call her Gram. Thanks for all, your help! --"Scary" Larry Wolf
