oh, i can't wait! 40 minutes? wow. i hope they have the majority of the interview air
what did he ask them? was it the usual stuff or did anything particularly stand out? can't wait to see it
i hope you guys are keeping a lookout for the talk shows and news shows this week in britain. i'm sure kermit and piggy are going to show up places, probably starting tomorrow.
i mean, if they taped jonathan ross today they're already there, so i'm sure they'll be making their appearances soon
yeah. i actually thought both those other songs were better than man or muppet, tbh. man or muppets's fine, but to me it was too reminiscent of the flight of the conchords joke songs.
and life's a happy song was the big showstopper, i was sure that would be nominated! pictures in my head is...
i think it wins hands down. it looks like it was the only song that scored high enough to even get in.
the more i think about this, the more i honestly think the academy should just consider releasing another nominee, whatever the next highest scorer was. a category with just two nominees is a joke
apparently, according to the new oscar song rules from a few years ago, a song has to be scored on a scale of 1-10 to be nominated. and it has to have an average of at least 8.25 to get in
if no movie gets a score that high then there's no nominees that year. if only one movie gets that high...
i hope people can put this stuff on youtube, so we can all see it!
i assume then that they will probably be in the uk this week, for the premiere on the 26th. so i hope everyone there is on the lookout for the press appearances in the next few days, talk shows and radio and stuff
it should be...
it looks like there was an interview with kermit and piggy on what looks like a german talk show that popped up today, but it won't play for me because of the site it's on. can anyone else see it? or get it onto youtube or something?
doesn't the movie come out in the uk on feb 10th? i would assume that first week of february would be when the muppets come out on talk shows and stuff there. or at least, probably kermit and miss piggy for sure
i'm sure they'll do press in britain. i'd very surprised if they didn't. probably...
it looks like there's quite a few interviews in Germany that popped up on youtube today actually. probably get more in the next few days, since i'm sure they had to do the whole junket thing again
i don't understand at all why they WOULDN'T put the deleted scenes on there. why not? what else are they gonna do with them, lock them up in a vault somewhere? what's the point?
seriously, you might as well put them put them out there. it's what everyone wants to see, and as far as i can tell...
