but wasn't that last scene with them at their house originally going to be the flashback? that's why piggy's in 80's clothes, right? i think they just retooled it so that it fits the final cut of the movie. so now showing a version where that's a totally different scene would alter the film a bit.

i did not like this one. it's criminal how tiny a part piggy has, and kermit too for that matter. plus, the songs were just really bad, imo. all of the muppet movies until this one had GREAT music, and none of the songs here were memorable at all. just didn't work for me

i just found out about this remix music video they did with this song back in 1984, where piggy spoofs flashdance and jim henson is in it for a spoof of the billie jean video? i'd like to see it but i can't find it anywhere. does anyone know where i can find it?

so that will air this weekend too?
