I don't think this is real. Notice on the Season 2 cover there's a picture of Piggy dressed up as the Queen of Hearts. That was in the Brooke Shields episode which was in Season 5.
The Tony Randall episode did air in the US.
Maybe I was wrong about the Cleo Laine episode airing on Nick. But I could have sworn I saw the Limbo number and the backstage scene when Fozzie unscrunches Kermit on an episode that aired on Nick.
This also happened in the Fozzie's Muppet Scrapbook tape. After they show the phernargelly(sp?) act, Piggy appears and talks to Fozzie. Both of them were being voiced by Frank Oz.
