Which episodes of "The Muppet Show" did Forcryingoutloud Bird appear in?

The ones that I know of are:

#30 Nancy Walker: he appears in the "Bird in a Cage" sketch.
#57 Liberace: he sings in "Has Anybody Seen My Bird?" and appears in the goodnights
#59 Raquel Welch: he appears briefly at the beginning of Raquel's opening number, "Someone Just Like You".
#66 Leslie Uggams: he sings in Leslie and Big Bird's closing number, "Love Will Keep Us Together".
#68 Sylvester Stallone: he sings in the number, "The Hawaiian War Chant".
#72 Cheryl Ladd: he appears in the opening number, "True Love".
#101 James Coburn: he sings and plays the xylophone in the UK Spot, "Bird Walk".

Please feel free to add any that I may be missing.

I guess he also appeared in a song "How Much is that Doggy in the Window" in the Melissa Manchester episode.

I also heard that he was the background singer in the song "In the Jungle" in Muppets Tonight's Billy Crystal episode.
