I remember when the Kermit's 50th Anniversary DVDs were first announced, the two Jim-era features had behind-the-scenes featurettes announced as bonus features that ultimately didn't make it onto the discs due to space issues. Hopefully, they are as good as the featurettes for the post-Jim...
Yeah, I think Caroll is sitting down. In recent years, I've noticed that Caroll while in Big Bird has become a bit stiffer when he's standing up performing the bird, not that stiff but he has certainly slowed down a bit. When he's sitting down, he's much more animated and fluid with Big Bird, as...
I really hope we do get this before the summer, that should be enough time. Though, Disney has been putting trailers for a Who Framed Roger Rabbit Blu-ray on their discs since July and we still have no release date.
Great news! Here's hoping this movie finally gets the home video treatment it deserves. The Muppets Go Hollywood should definitely be a bonus feature on it because that's where it belongs (I don't see a special promoting the movie being released on it's own), just saying.
I just realized while decorating my tree today next time I'm at Carlton Cards I should pick up this year's talking'singing/whatever it does Elmo ornament. For all we know it could be the last one to have Kevin's voice.
The Hub is using this song in their My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic promos for this season. Of course I made the mistake of looking it up and now it won't leave my head.
Seth has been saying he's going to make a Family Guy movie since the weekend The Simpsons Movie came out (at least that's when the local news did a story on it). I'll believe it when I see a release date.
And I thought Ted was hilarious, BTW.
I watched a little bit of it this morning just out of curiousity. Nothing too special, I did find it a bit too strange a Christmas special for it's own good.

I saw one of these at CVS the other day. It has to be one of the stupidest licensed products I've ever seen but dang it, I want one!
Since they will be in England, I'd love to see Rowan Atkinson make a cameo but given he's moving on to more serious acting roles these days, I can't imagine he'd want to take part in any Mr. Bean-like shenanigans.
I wonder when they will officially announce the release date. I'm hoping soon, but I'm still not entirely convinced this thing is coming out December 2013. I would love to be proven wrong, of course. I just think if Disney was serious about a December release date it would have been set by now.
Yeah, I'm amazed the guides are even still online. It seems like it could have been a bigger project to include episode guides for most of the major Henson shows but Muppet Wiki basically cut it's staying power off. It serves no real purpose, even though DW's writing is entertaining to read.
I believe the Ed Sullivan estate owns The Great Santa Clause Switch as it aired as an episode of The Ed Sullivan Show. They released most of the Muppet appearances from that show on DVD, I don't see why releasing The Great Santa Clause Switch is such a problem.
