I think the difference between any other episode and 847, however, is that 847 was specifically researched upon and determined not to be re-aired, while the other episodes just didn't get to be re-aired because of the cycle they go through- and that's the main reason people rave about it...

I gotta say, it's an interesting concept... I think it would've done well as a special, like BB in China/Japan.

Fred had a very specific Pittsburgh accent that's sort of hard to replicate- a "southern drawl" might've been the closest thing he could reach to it.
