I'm not a puppet builder, so I can't really judge if it will be a very comfortable or functional puppet, but still I would be happy to at least check it out and give my thoughts about it.

The clip on YouTube does not have the actual soundtrack for that segment. It is synced up to the recording of the song featured on the LP "The Count Counts". If you look closely, you'll see the voices at some points don't match the lips.
