Unearthing previously "lost" Sesame Street episodes

You're doing a fantastic job! I love looking on the site daily and finding these treasures. I never got to experience the show in the 70s (I'm 40 now), but getting the screenshots and descriptions is like gold to me. Not to mention the video footage you help provide :insatiable:

Nah, it still wouldn't stop the "Greedies"!

Where are all these classic Sesame Street episodes coming from?

I knew the clip was from season 14 (Olivia's hair, how Big Bird looked, etc), but for it to be his final performance... losing his temper, no less. But reading the description of the scene, he ends up apologizing and tells everybody to carry on...very bittersweet.

Where are all these classic Sesame Street episodes coming from?

Of course I would love to see a lot of the stuff recently posted via screenshots but you have to respect the wishes of those posting them. Begging (and for some, threatening) is NOT going to lead to any luck. In fact, it's going to have the opposite effect. I've had people badger me for episodes...

It's down now. I tried talking to him a few days ago, but he's like "I don't care"

    Classic Sesame Clips on YouTube

Some people I think are starving for "views". I remember really being puzzled after uploading clips and then just days later the same video will appear on another's channel.. same exact edits and everything (my street scene edits from the 90s)... I can understand if my uploads were deleted but...

Oofa. I try to stray from posting anything that's commercially available on DVD (though I did recently post a clip from 796, but that was because it faded out too early on the DVD). That stinks. Luckily I haven't had a strike yet but have had a lot of videos blocked

That was awesome. Don't know which part I liked best - Old Ernie and Bert (and a white bearded cow!) or how adorable Maria is!

I always check before posting a clip. And since there wasn't the Oscar appearance available, I figured why not post that? Of course, it's also on Martha's official website, but it's not complete (and I don't think you can download it)

I am interested very much but I don't have much that isn't already available. In fact, these are post-Henson Kermit appearances so it's not exactly my cup of tea, but I know that others would enjoy them so I'll post them soon

I probably could but you can find it at Muppet Wiki in the same quality...here are the links Part 1: https://muppet.fandom.com/wiki/File:Cookie_Monster_on_Martha_Stewart_Living_(1_of_2) Part 2: https://muppet.fandom.com/wiki/File:Cookie_Monster_on_Martha_Stewart_Living_(2_of_2) If I had better...

I have more appearances, Kermit-related, that I may put on my channel in the near future. They don't have to do with Sesame Street but I think I can be forgiven due to the fact that they're not currently on YouTube (or any streaming channel)
