Sam and Friends Book Read our review of the long-awaited book, "Sam and Friends - The Story of Jim Henson's First Television Show" by Muppet Historian Craig Shemin.
I have to agree. I think that was more talking about aspects of autism rather than having an actual plot. I get that they wanted to teach about that, but this kind of is a bit too similar to the first one with Julia and after "Shape Hunt" and "Julia's Haircut," I felt like they could have done...
Yeah. When I think about it, I think I liked TMTM best. I believe that was the first Muppet Movie I saw and I've had access to that one for a while since I've had a tape from the old Family Channel maybe back when it was Fox Family before Freeform and before ABC Family, not sure exactly how long...
So it premiered back on PBS back in January? I missed it then, but I saw in the TV listings that it's airing again today, kind of appropriate with all these sicknesses going on.
Yeah. If I were to try that recipe, I'd just use regular milk and hold the onions.
You forgot to add "It's a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie," which was definitely one of the best. I'd say "Most Wanted" might get my vote there, but if we're talking about the best one in the Henson era, I'd say all three are tied.
You know I was thinking the same thing, since I heard Kevin is still with Henson, just no longer Elmo (and I know Ryan probably wouldn't inherit all of Kevin's characters but since Baby and Elmo sound alike, I thought that would be the most appropriate). I don't know if he's done any...
Well, Pearl and Dexter and the Bear family was an April Fool's joke. (Though Papa bear may still appear according to the cast photo.) I don't know much else on that unfortunately.
Alright. You got me. I didn't know about Deena coming back or that Karen Prell was still with the Muppets. I guess I'll have to do more research before I do my April Fool's jokes. I thought I might have fooled some people with Dexter though. I never knew about him until recently and I have to...
Oh, shoot. You took my idea. I was going to do something similar. Oh, well. Here's what I would have written:
NEW DINOSAURS SERIES COMING TO NETFLIX
Coming Summer 2020, the Sinclair family will be back.
Now it has been stated that the Sinclair family died in the series finale "Changing Nature,"...
Here's what I found out while browsing the web:
RETURNING CHARACTERS FOR SEASON 51
Anybody remember Dexter the Juggler? It's is said that he will be back for season 51 (either played by Tyler Bunch or Matt Vogel, maybe both since one puppeteer will be working the hands) with an episode where he...
Now we should add Kenny Rogers to the list. The episode with him was classic.
Did somebody else already say that? Or post the same time I posted? Jinx. You owe me a figgy fizz.
So far so good. I like that commercial reference, especially because I remember seeing "Because.... Love" with a super long commercial break. I was so ticked off about that. I really need to get TiVo.
*Gasp* It's Constantine!
Yeah. I agree. Seems like Matt just uses Kermit in videos and commercials and things like that not anything big. Like, I said before I felt Matt's Kermit was kind of off in that FB portal commercial with Statler as the Itsy Bitsy spider but much better in other things...
Thanks for posting. I really would like to have seen the full ep of this, but this is more than what we've had in a long time and it's a great tribute to the late Carrol Spinney. Not only the start of a new day, but the start of a new era as well. If any more videos from this time period become...
I agree completely. To paraphrase "The Muppet Movie" ending "He's done what he's set out to do, thanks to the lovers, the dreamers and you."
Kind of reminds me of what Alex Trebek is going through now, he's on his second round of pancreatic cancer and he knows he's nearing the end of his life...
Actually I recall one of the posters here mentioned he/she had a dream that he/she heard Carroll died. I think that person jinxed us. Jinkies!
Yeah. You may be on to something with that. After all both my brother and I struggle with Autism/Asperger's and things like that and bad tempers do...
