Same. Too bad it was scrapped (though the engine was used in Sonic Adventure).

These are just my opinions, if you are talking about the genesis SATAM one, I thought that it looked horrible! Sonic was way to slow! The other attempted Sonic Xtreme games looked fun.

If you've watched SatAM at all, you'd realize that he not only used his speed, but he also used stealth at times. Obviously, the SatAM game's promotional video was showcasing the new abilities Sonic would have, the additions of the SatAM cast, and the general storyline of the show.

I thought that the new abilities didn't look that fun, and to me, Sonic isn't about stopping and hiding, its about speed. It seems SEGA forgot this before these days...

Sonic is about speed, yes, but he cannot just blindly run into things. That could cost him dearly.

Great...a werewolf and now a knight. I think Sega's lost all control over what Sonic's supposed to be.

I hardly ever see him really run anymore, and the fact that Mario (even though I love Mario and think he is powerful) can keep up with him when he does run makes me sad inside
