Hmm, I suppose you could - I know of one cake recipe where you just stack a bunch of cookies in a pan and layer them with whipped cream, stick it all in the fridge and it'll form into a nice, trifle-y, mousse-y confection - but I've never tried it.
Owww my teeth! Hehe, sounds good though, especially the whipped cream part!

Btw, do you think Jim ever gave back that that discussion twister board thingie?

And yes, Sam is a pompous featherhead! I feel bad for him whenever he realizes he's not as cultured as he believes himself to be. But I don't want him to lighten up yet, he's too funny! lol :attitude:

Btw, even though I think a lot of us already have the 1st season Fraggle DVD. But for anyone who doesn't, someone's posted the Down in Fraggle Rock documentary! Here's Richard's parts (his interview got divided into two clips, grrr. Still, finally screencaps! :halo: )

http://youtube.com/watch?v=x_8vtBIuVtk (Beginning of the special, Honk of Honks)

http://youtube.com/watch?v=c1HihCIedMQ (Beginning of Richard's segment, near the end of the clip)

http://youtube.com/watch?v=sbPiVEqRzeA (The rest of his segment)

(up in heaven)

Richard: Jim, give me back my board.
Jim: All right, but promise you won't make it point to anything controversial.

Ah, "The Honk of Honks." The episode that allowed Richard to add "director" to an already impressive resume. And it is kind of neat to see him at work both as a puppeteer and a director in the documentary.

I think that Richard might have been next in line, after Jim and Frank, to direct a full-length Muppet film...wonder what that would have looked like?

One thing, though: is it just me, or does Richard's voice sound different in the interview? It could be the acoustics or the microphones - but he sounds kind of stopped up, as if he's getting over a cold.

Honestly I think some of that is the clip's acoustics, because it doesn't sound that bad on the DVD. But (and I don't want to get too personal obviously) he doesn't look in the best of health at that moment, which is understandable.

But on a happier note, I liked it when he "adjusted" Red, that was cute, lol. And when we seem him operating Junior, he looks like he's having a blast :halo: (Btw, that particular episode is "Sidebottom Blues" where Sidebottom hypnotizes Junior into thinking he's a Fraggle).

It is interesting to think of what a Muppet movie would have looked like in Richard's hands, hehe. Probably very loud, that's the first thing that comes to mind, lol. Also, I've always noticed from his performances that he had a good grasp of the full range of emotions people possess, so I imagine that would be evident as well (and is definitely present in the FR episode he directed).

Well, "Kermit" otherwise known as "Gracie" my car has finally been fixed! Yay! It wasn't a broken engine mount...all of the electrical wiring had basically burned out.

If I had kept driving it, Kermit would/could have exploded. Exploded. Maybe Ted (the guy who fixed my car up at V & O Tire and Repair) was trying to be dramatic, cause I would have thought it would have caught on fire, then possibly exploded....but either way that was an eye-opener to me.

Well I got work at 4pm today. Second day training as a cashier for Rush's Fast Food. I was a Fry Cook for about a month, was doing pretty bad at it, so I decided that if they could I'd like to be a cashier once more. (I say "once more" because I was a cashier for the entire 6-month period I was working at McD's.)

So it seems to be a bit better then it was before for me. Less chance of getting burned at least.

*Hears something inside the RHLC HQ. Nah, it can't be. Can it?
*Hears again, past the overhead interview of Richard on the speakers... *Comes in, hears an old familiar voice, looks up and finds...

*Rushes up to hug Sara back and then leaves quickly.

I found it in The Muppets Make Puppets I believe. Not a REALLY rare book, but I've never seen that picture before. So on the Emmet Otter DVD, was it an actual scene, or just a picture?
