Jim: All right, Richard, what are you doing now? (looks at board, which has various offbeat discussion topics printed on it) Oh, no you don't. No wonder those poor fans of yours are so depraved. (grabs board away)
Richard: Hey, give that back! I didn't give them a discussion topic yet!

(struggle ensues over board - arrow points to: Sam's a pompous, preachy feather-head who needs to lighten up)

Sam: (to Jim and Richard) You are both weirdoes! (mutters something about how he hoped that heaven would teach the two of them some proper decorum)

Hmm, I suppose you could - I know of one cake recipe where you just stack a bunch of cookies in a pan and layer them with whipped cream, stick it all in the fridge and it'll form into a nice, trifle-y, mousse-y confection - but I've never tried it.

Let's see...the soon-to-be birthday boy is fond of orange juice, and anything with chocolate in it...
