What a way to cap off a stressful week! When I got to work today, I found out that a Yorkie that was a regular at daycare had died suddenly at the daycare. It got raced over to the veterinary team across from us, but they couldn’t get him back. One of my coworkers was devastated, he was one of her favorites. He was found unresponsive by her and another co-worker. He had a pre-existing liver condition, so I’m not sure if that played a part in his death, but the owners didn’t want to do a necropsy to find out exactly what happened. I’m still sad about it and it’ll definitely take some time to get over it.

Along with the stress of working out the dog fight situation a week ago earlier in the week and now this, just a really bad past few days.
