After finally getting my license at age 28, I feel I would create a thread all about driving and anything related to it. Whether getting your first license, your first car, or first road rage incident, if it's related to cars, it's all good here.
I can safely say that the road test was a piece of cake compared to the written test. I got a few points off for going a little too slow (even though I was at the speed limit! ) and one improper turn, but other than that I got it. That 4-way stop I had trouble with before (I went out on the road as opposed to a driving course) was no problem, made easier by the fact that traffic was light.
We also have a '97 Camry with over 150,000 miles on it, and it clearly shows its age. Peeling paint, one missing taillight cover, and a busted rear door handle, but other than that it's got that Toyota reliability to it. I hope to make it an even 200k!
