I love it. But, I can't help but think some parts are missing.
  2. Oscarfan Well-Known Member

There are, but it's better than nothing!
  3. antsamthompson9 Well-Known Member

True. I guess we'll have to wait till someone records the whole thing when it's broadcast.
  4. Oscarfan Well-Known Member

Well, this IS what's being broadcast. Couldn't you tell from all the commercial break gaps and such?
  5. antsamthompson9 Well-Known Member

Yes. But I assumed they left some parts out for a surprise or something.
  6. Oscarfan Well-Known Member

I'm hoping we can get some of the songs from this on MC Radio now

Somehow, I just LOVE Kermit's face in this screenshot:

The Kermit singing Rainbow Connection somehow looks different then in the other scenes.

I loved the whole show! but my most favorite parts were the Swedish Chef's sketch and Rowlf singing his classic "I' Never Harmed an Onion".:sympathy: :hungry:

It's clear that this is what will be shown on The Comedy Network - that's why it's 58 minutes!!! They edited stuff out to squeeze it into an hour show. It's not just the Muppets that were affected - you can tell bits and pieces were cut from the various comedians.

I'm not complaining though. It's wonderful that the evening gets television coverage and most of it is there.

I've heard that they are televising it in Australia too. Do you think it will be the same edited version?

I loved seeing some people in the audience showing their Muppet fandom. :) Of course I loved the Kermit & Piggy number but the whole show was great.

It doesn't have the skit with Youppi in it...I guess not many people know who he is....

Could someone be willing to post the lyrics to their version of Canada Is? I love that version.
