The official Left Behind books thread

Has anyone here read Left Behind or any of the books in the series of Left Behind's by Jarry Jenkins? They are my favorite series of books at present and I have finished the last in the series but one, (and that dosn't come out till next March dang and confound.)

So has anyone read them?

I read the first book in the series but I just couldn't get into it. A little too violent for my tastes, I think. I guess I'm not a big fan of the Rapture in general...

That's a pity, I guess they are a bit violent.

For those of you who havn't heard of the books they are a seres of books about life after the rapture (I don't know if you know what that is) and before the glorious appearing (I don't know if you know what that is.) The main characters stay for eleven of the books while all around them hundreds die, and now I am waiting for book twelve which comes out in March next year.

It's my best friend's favorite series too. I know a lot of people who really like them.

Actually they are well written and the dialouge is sometimes laugh out loud funny, and each book has you near to tears and they are quite sound (biblicaly) and they are really freaky and scary at times.

I can't beileve none of you have read these.
