Saw Gina's kid

Kermit: So Gina's adopted son Marco is from abroad
Dr. Teeth: I thought all kids came from broads
Kermit: No I mean abroad as in from another country
Fozzie: You mean she adopted a cow
Kermit: No she adopted a baby from Guatemala
Everyone: Whatawhola???
Kermit: Never mind.

Saw the second ep in the Gina's new baby series today, liked it, sorry I didn't get to comment on it till now, but this whole month has been kind of hectic, tutoring and sub teaching have been picking up. Phone is ringing off hook. Johnathan has been keeping me busy making bottles, plus he started on solid food last week. Also Megan has been sick for the past two days. I missed most of the first ep yesterday Megan had a Clifford video on. Saw the beginning of the new Elmo's World "Fast and Slow" Thought it was an interesting topic, but I had to get to work on a lesson plan.

Thanks Drtooth, figured that was it after reading it in one of the press releases posted here.

The new organic food commercial is for Earth something or other baby food, so take that with a grain of salt.
The voiceovers done by Gordon about the Corporation of Broadcast Providers and Viewers Like You! has the jaunty calypso SS theme closing music added to it.

Episode 4132, the last of the three-parter with Gina's new baby featured soe good stuff, as have the other two in the special multiple story episode.
Not to give that much away... But it was Frank voicing Grover in Outrageous Makeover: Home Addition!
There was a song with Bert and Ernie about Ernie's toes, it was Frank's Bert... And as an extra bonus, we got to see Bernice, his pigeon at the tail end of the sketch.

Will post thoughts if a chance comes up... Still have two more episodes left from this season, and the middle batch to watch on repeats.

Finally got to see atleast one of the Marco episodes today. It was Part 2 when Gina finally arrives and everyone wants to help. I thought it was great! Two awesome new songs in the street story. Gina actually has a better singing voice than I remember. I was excited that Bert appeared with the others. Kinda would have made more sense for Ernie to have the line with Rubber Duckie but oh well. Atleast Bert called "Thanks, Ernie!" We got to see Oscar's gentler side again as he seemed very excited about the arrival of Marco too. So many characters in the street story today. More than normal and all equally active. Even the adults. Big Bird, Elmo, Telly, Oscar, Baby Bear, Cookie Monster, Grover, Rosita and Bert in the Muppets group, and Gina, Maria, Luis, Gordon, Alan and Bob in the adults group.
Aside from Gabby and Miles, Susan was the only grownup not to appear once again. This is really starting to concern me. Have you noticed that they no longer list the cast alphabetically in the end credits? They always used to list the cast alphabetically (with Alison Bartlett-O'Reilly towards the top and Roscoe Orman at the bottom). Now it's all mixed up with Sonia Manzano at the very top and Loretta Long at the bottom with only Gabby and Miles listed below her. Is this a new billing system? It kinda looks like it seeing as though Susan never appears anymore but is strangely always mentioned (like today when Gordon referenced the adoption of Miles).

Other things I liked in this episode:
The new song with Ernie. It was fun and silly. Also fun to see him joined by Grover, Bert, Elmo and Honker.
The song sung by Herry. Nice to have him featured somewhat.

Trash Gordon is getting old and boring....

I thought that was Frank. I have to keep the sound low to avoid having my mom hear. (That's also how I missed Gina saying "Bye, Kevin.") Anyway, the little I heard did sound like Frank. He also voiced Grover in the Russian restaurant sketch. I guess they still want him around from Grover/Fat Blue scenes. After all, I guess they want to go with Grover's original voice for classics like those.

The song sung by Herry. Nice to have him featured somewhat.
What song was this? I missed it. Was it something old or new?

Actually, Herry wasn't actually seen. It was one of those films with a song that Herry voiced-over. It was never officially said that Herry is the one singing, but it was definitely Jerry Nelson's Herry voice. So really it is just my own assumption. Not sure how new or old it is. I've never seen it before. He was singing about mothers and babies basically.

Oh. I think I know what you mean now. But actually, I thought that was Telly. I'll have to listen again.

Well Herry was in part one, but he didn't say anything, though.

Trust me. It was Herry's voice.

Gina: The birds are singing...

Big Bird: La la la....

Me: LOL!

At the very beginning I was wondering who those two guys were looking at Marco, then Gina said "Bye Kevin!" then I looked at the guys face and said "Hey that's Kevin Clash!" I guess I shouldn't be too surprised, they have to fit something Elmo in there after all.

While not as good as the last two episodes, today's was still pretty cute. You can't go wrong with a Big Bird and Snuffy story! Was anyone else kinda grossed out Snuffy ate the mushed bananas through his snuffle? I was wondering how they'd get the snuffle to his mouth, but he just sucked them up through there...

I thought the Extreme Makeover was just ok. They could have done a lot more than just put up more doors. But it was still nice to see some classic Grover. "Are you getting the crying?"

Yet another new letter of the day game! Yea! Can we please just do these from now on? I think they're pretty cute and funny. Definitely wasn't expecting Cookie to eat the Yo-Yo. And seriously Prairie Dawn, invest in new locks and a security system if Cookie is going to keep breaking into your bedroom to win cookies!

Looks like I was right about finally getting a Bert and Ernie segment. Not all that great, but it was nice seeing Bernice again.

I like the sign language word of the day, as well as a new Spanish word of the day. (Telly really needs practice though, he kept hitting Rosita in the head!) It's nice to have some variety, especially since they placed SWotD right before Elmo's World. Something that wasn't predictable for once!

Hard to believe there's only two episodes left. :frown: Hopefully they'll continue the good streak we're on. It'll be nice to see Abby again at least.

Hmmmm. I think that one was done last year. Good point about the locks though. But knowing Cookie Monster, he might break through the locks or security system by biting through it or something.

Announcer: We're sorry, Cookie Monster. Girl does not begin with 'S.'

Cookie: Yes, but she has a security system to stop Cookie Monster from sneaking in.
