you could just use a metric ruler. Seems if you are bad with math, metrixc is better. no fractions.

It definitely makes a big difference with the closing mouth. If its that easy to do ya gotta wonder why they didnt make him like that. I thought Animal usually had a lot more hair on his top lip though.
Thew hair on his lip depends on what era Animal you are talking about. Up until the guest apot on that talent show thing Animal has been losing more and more hair. I think in MFS is had almost no hair on his lip or lower jaw.

I want to do the tongue in foam, but I am wondering how do you make it so round or shape it. Does anyone have any ideas?

Or, if you know someone good at mould making, you could take a mould from the original tongue and pour a liquid foam into the mould and make an exact copy. And keep the mould so when the tongue disintergrates, you can make another.

Wow, everybody has such great pics of their Animal! That's cool. I've been wanting to post my own, but haven't gotten any time until today.

I've just got 3 pics I'm showing, the first is after I replaced his pupils with velvet and glued black felt onto his eyelids (they're adjustable now, yay!), and the second two are basically the same pics, but they're taken after I bought some drumsticks yesterday afternoon (Antony beat me to it I see, ha ha). I wanted to buy a stool for Animal to sit or stand on, but I haven't found one that I like yet, so he's just on his box for now. I'm gonna do something completely different when I get another free weekend, but that won't be for a while!

Wow, the pic of Animal next to the back stage playset scared me for some reason. lol It threw off my perception or something. Put a bottle of insta grow pills in his hand. :stick_out_tongue:

UPDATE:

Amy let us know during trivia last week that they canceled the accessory packs for next year. I asked her why and she replied that she did not know. So there you go, no accessory packs. But we do have Gonzo and Fozzie to look forward to next year. I was really hoping for a pack for Kermit and Animal, oh well, looks like I will have to make my own accessories.
