Whimzie's House? A Closely Muppet related show?

After re-watching an episode, I think the awkward dialogue may have had to do with the show originally being produced in French with the Québécois puppeteers providing their voices. So the lip sync may have been better in French.

Also, I can't help but see a little bit of Red Fraggle in Wimzie.

That explains why the lip-syncing was never top-notch - or, at the very least, never matched the syllables of the dubbed voices.

I absolutely remember loving that show as a kid.

Though I have wondered why as an adult the lip synching was a bit off.

Guess that explains it.
