Were Big Bird or Snuffy ever contestants? That would have been fun!

Yes I remember in the 80's Big Bird was a contestant on one of Guy Smiley's shows. My memory of it is a little fuzzy, but one of the other contestants in that game was a Grouch named Gary Grouch.

Actually, that game show was hosted by Sonny friendly. the name of the game show was Alphabet treasure Hunt, and it was the plot of the video the Alphabet Game.

Sorry to bring up an older thread but I just thought of how hilarous it would be if the 2 headed Monster ever was in one of Guy Smiley's Game shows. Can you imagine that?
Don't have to; they were on "The How Many Game" and had to bring two of something.

Could you tell me a little more about this how many game, and what year it was from? It sounds awsome! Also do you remember the last time it was ever on the show? For some reason I just don't remember this one.

Forgetful Jones would have also made a perfect contestant. It would have been funny to see what the outcome of the gameshow he was in. Also Preston Rabbit who was on the show from 1989-1992 could have been in one of Guy Smiley's last gameshows.

I think Forgetful was on one of Guy's shows, but I can't remember which one.

Ironic, isn't it? :smirk:

Forgetful was on a "Here Is Your Life"-style show (around the early 1980s), reunited with his family. I don't remember much, but I do have the clip, albeit dubbed in Spanish.

The "How Many Game" (which I also have in Spanish) had the Two-Header trying to bring back two objects before the clock ran out. They had brought in one bowling ball, four sheep, and three cows before realizing they had two heads.

The clip was made sometime after 1981, but the last time I saw it was in the mid-90s.

Wow! I never knew Forgetful Jones was on a Here is your life show. It must have been one of those inserts that was rarely used. Same with the one with the 2 headed Monster. I never saw that one even once and I watch Sesame Street Religously from 1984-1994 I wonder if the one with Forgetful is from his first season on the show when he was played by Michael Earl Davis, and if that's the reason why it stopped being shown from early on, besides on Plaza Sesamo, because the voices are always different on there.
