Aw, thanks, everybody! You guys rock!
First, the welcome-ing home business- ISRAEL WAS SO AMAAAAAAAZING! I MEAN IT! IT'S AWESOME! AND I HAD SO MUCH FUN AND I MISSED YOU ALL AND I ATE MUFFINS! And if y'all were worried- oh, sorry, I might "y'all" occasionally now, there were a few Southerners on the trip with me, and you know how everyone picks up everyone else's habits- anyway, if y'all were worried, you shouldn't have been, because the youth group made sure I was safe at all times, and the only time I was at all concerned for my personal safety was when I crossed the street. Oh, and there was that one time when it was like, 35 degrees celsius and the bus broke down and it was a fast day... but that's another story. Anyway, I'm HOME! Safe and sound and craving things like cheeseburgers, but missing things like kosher McDonalds, and I guess that's kind of a contradiction, but oh well.
And, well, as for my grandfather... It was time. He wasn't supposed to live to adulthood because of some major surgery he had when he was young, but he did... He lived to 93. I certainly can't complain about that. And he died peacefully, and he got to say goodbye to everybody... Even me, because I called home when I was supposed to be watching Superman... Um, but I did get to see the second half... um, anyway. Thank you all for your condolences, and for your hugs, and for your... just being you. Thank you.
I'll be gone for most of today, but- Hey, if I get ready fast enough, I can watch that one scene I need to watch before I keep writing and then maybe I'll have a chapter soon and... um, that means I need to get ready. Bye!
Oh, and Snowth? I've been singing that song quite a bit...
