The Rhino comes at the wrong time in the movie for me. The last 10 or so minutes didn't need to be there, I think it's referred to ending fatigue or something... if he was integrated into the film proper to establish him further... say, swapping Goblin out for him in the movie, it would have been different. I'm glad I wasn't the only one who thought of The Underminer from Incredibles. And then there's the Russian accent thing... makes the character a little too silly. Seems that all the villains in that movie had too much fun playing their parts.

Harry's Goblin transformation should have been a slow rise to becoming the character near the end of the movie setting up the third one. But they insisted that they kill of Gwen (as I said, the second the first one came out, that was purposely leaked), and they wanted semi-accuracy, forcing Goblin's story right in there.

I liked that Rhino was peripheral and he takes up so little screen time. It was nice to see a nod to Spidey's larger world. Still, Jamie Fox should have been front and center. I kind of feel like his performance might not have been very strong so they beefed up the other baddies like Goblin. And technically, Doc Ock is supposed to kill Gwen, right? Or have I gotten that wrong.

You guys might know this, but this movie coming out soon Let's Be Cops seems like a sorta-ripoff of Ride Along, that movie that did good business in January and Early Febuary. I hate one of the stars of Ride Along (Kevin Hart), you know. Anyways, this like like it will flop.

Let's Be Cops looks terrible, but Ride Along cost $25 million and made $134 million domestically. That's not a flop. They're making another one. I wasn't a fan of the film either. However, I think Hart is a funny and kinda cute little fella in is own right. I'd expect to see more of him at the movies.

Comedies that aren't called 22 Jump Street haven't been successful this summer, but as the season is winding down, anything goes, I guess. I like Damon Wayons Jr., and it seems he's going to act the heck out of a lame frat comedy. It feels like it wants to be both Ride Along and 22 Jump Street, but doesn't have the charm of either. Plus, I swear I saw that plotline in a sitcom recently.

No. I just looked it up It was Goblin. Seriously, they tried too hard to get that plot into the end of the movie when it could have been a perfect third film. Something tells me the studio wanted a "kill off Gwen" plot so they could introduce Mary Jane in the third film. The worst part is, Garfield and Thompson's lovey dovey bits were some of the best parts of the movie. Doesn't hurt that they're supposedly a couple in real life. They totally should have kept Gwen on for another movie. And they TOTALLY shouldn't have advertised it as a major plot point.

I said Ride Along did good business. And why do I all of a sudden have so many typos? I didn't mean like like it will fail, I meant looks like.

Sorry I double posted- Well, Lucy did good yesterday, now it is definitely going to be making over 40 M this weekend. Hercules outperformed, too, and could make 30 million in the weekend. So, the Box Office is picking up, in a way.

Happy that "Planes" dropped nearly 60%, bet it barely gets $9 million this weekend.
