I like Bob's Burgers but the shows character designs are god awful. Same goes for The Weekenders, Adventure Time, and Rick and Morty.

And please don't get me started on Summer Camp Island and Big Mouth. Their character desgins make BB, TW, AT, and RM look beautiful by comparison.

I'm really turned off by a lot of animation styles these days: everything is either always so "rubbery" looking (big round heads, huge bug eyes, disproportionately skinny bodies, noodle-like limbs), or really "angular" looking (the new DuckTales, for example).

I'm not saying cartoon characters need to look hyper-realistic or anything, but I really miss when animated series had their own, unique and distinct look and style, which was far more prelevant back in the 90s and early 2000s, and you could easily identify who the creator was just by the animation style.

You and some my disagree with me on this but OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes!, Looney Tunes Cartoons (The new show that is on HBO Max), Wander Over Yonder, My Hero Academia, Superjail, Steven Universe, Star vs. The Forces of Evil, Chowder, and Uncle Grandpa are some of (don't know if there's more) best/better looking animated TV cartoons of the past decade.

I have to agree. Disney and CN seem to be the biggest offenders when it comes to this. For Disney basically every show looks like Gravity Falls (though Big City Creens has the advantage of having multi-colored characters), and most CN shows now look like Clarence/Steven Universe.

I love the very loose, simplistic style of OK KO
Yeah. In fact the way OK KO is animated reminds of Jim Tyer, Rod Scribner, Manny Gould, Tatsuo Yanagino, Yuzo Aoki, Daizou Takeuchi, Takafumi Hayashi, and Keiichiro Kimura animation styles and the way they all animated.

I also have to say, I'm not entirely sure how or why, but LET'S GO LUNA actually looks more like a Joe Murray show than CAMP LAZLO ever did.

I actually don’t mind the art style of any of those aforementioned shows. Don’t quite know why, guess my eyes are just more tolerant.
