False definately, because:

1. It is not Halloween yet.

2. Jack-o-Lanterns have been carved out of many foods, not just the standard pumpkin.

In the States, the answer would stereotypically be true, but in the early days of the holiday and even in other countries around the world as the day is celebrated, other foods are carved instead of a pumpkin.
