T or F: Cletus T. Judd is the first mentally-handicapped singer of parodies that are imitating hit country songs (or any other song style, for that matter).

Hint: Think specific songs by Trace Adkins (about lights in a house), Toby Keith (about how to do stuff & what people love), Tim McGraw (about Indians), and a few others.
